The Art of Emission Inventorying
This publication provides an overview and practical advice for all those that are compiling and using emission inventories both in policy and in scientific applications. It is a compilation of the long term experience of TNO within the emission inventory community, in both air pollutants and greenhouse gases, translated into a pragmatic approach, including a proposed database structure. The explanations are fully in line with the EEA emission inventory software CollectER III and the latest versions of the Guidebook.
An electronic copy can be downloaded free of charge from http://www.tno.nl/emissioninventorybook/
